We fund and partner with grassroots organisations delivering high-quality early learning and primary education in underserved communities. We prioritise programmes that integrate education with child wellbeing and safe learning environments, and we invest in the early conditions that make long-term access and achievement possible.
[ 2 ] Secondary Education & Youth Development
Adolescence is a critical inflection point where many young people are pushed out of opportunity. We support children through secondary education by funding and partnering with organisations already doing the good work to prevent drop-off and to expand pathways into higher education.
[ 3 ] Higher Education
Through scholarships, , we help to create access to higher education for talented students from underrepresented and vulnerable backgrounds - particularly Black and African students, girls and young women, refugees and migrants, the disabled and the socio-economically disadvantaged - supporting not only entry, but completion, by assisting with the full duration of an undergraduate/postgraduate degree.
[ 4 ] Leadership & Systemic Change
Education is not the end goal: justice and impact are. We create pathways into leadership through internships, fellowships, and exposure opportunities, and so increasing representation.
How We Work
Project Educate builds on what already works: we do not duplicate it. We collaborate with trusted grassroots organisations, educational institutions, and delivery partners in the UK, Germany and countries in Africa, providing funding, resources, and strategic support. Through pilot grants, scholarships and partnerships, we test, learn, and scale – ensuring our work is effective, sustainable, and locally grounded, while remaining accountable to the communities we serve.
As part of this approach, we prioritise providing unrestricted funding wherever possible. We trust our partners to direct resources where they are most needed, reducing administrative burden and enabling small, high-impact organisations to focus on delivering meaningful change within their communities.
